Gut Health Lecturer

Clare is a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and BANT registered who trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). She has also completed further professional training in children’s health through NEDDE, alongside additional training in reflux, feeding difficulties and early years nutrition.

Clare has particular expertise in children’s gut health, feeding challenges and neurodevelopmental conditions including ARFID, PDA, autism and ADHD. Her work focuses on digestive health, reflux, immune function and the role of early nutrition in supporting child development, using a functional and evidence-informed approach to support children with complex symptom presentations.
