NMI Summit 2026 Speaker
Natalie Burrows, RNP
Natalie Louise Burrows is a registered Nutrition Practitioner, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and Clinic Director of Integral Wellness – an evidence-led personalised nutrition clinic specialising in cardio-metabolic health, where she leads a team of registered Nutritional Therapists.
Driven by both professional expertise and personal experience, Natalie is deeply committed to changing the trajectory of preventable chronic disease. With a family predisposition to type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease – and her own experience of poor metabolic health during a high-pressure corporate career – she understands first-hand how nutrition, sleep, stress, and lifestyle shape long-term health outcomes.
Today, Natalie supports clients across the full spectrum of cardio-metabolic health, including those using multiple medications, including GLP-1 therapies. Her work focuses not only on risk reduction but on helping individuals build sustainable habits that improve metabolic markers, restore energy, and, where possible, place conditions into remission.
Alongside her clinical leadership, Natalie operates at the forefront of nutrition innovation. As Head of Nutrition for Tonic Health, she leads evidence-based education and helps shape the brand’s nutrition strategy. She also delivers clinical education for Lingo, an Abbott company, equipping medical and healthcare practitioners to apply continuous glucose monitoring within preventive care models.
A recognised educator, Natalie lectures for academic institutions and speaks at professional conferences, contributing to the clinical and academic dialogue shaping the future of chronic disease prevention. She believes this dual perspective, spanning personalised clinical care and scalable health technology, is the intersection of modern medicine and preventative health.
Her expertise has made her a sought-after media voice, with features across national press, magazines, radio, podcasts, and television. She is also a passionate advocate for regenerative farming, farm-to-fork eating and a vocal challenger of ultra-processed food culture, believing that the future of human health is inseparable from the health of our food systems.
Natalie is redefining proactive healthcare by helping people take earlier, more informed control of their long-term health.
Outside the clinic, she is a military wife and stepmother who finds joy in hiking Scotland’s landscapes with her family, strength training, swimming, and living closely connected to nature.
