Dr. Laurens Mass

Dr Laurens Maas is widely regarded as one of Europe’s leading doctors in Functional and Integrated Medicine, with over three decades of clinical experience. Dr Mass was awarded Leading Doctor of Integrated Medicine in Europe in 2022, 2023, and 2025.  He graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1993 and has since trained extensively in areas including bioenergetics, biological terrain assessment, craniosacral therapy, and nutrigenomics. Dr Mass is an Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (FMCP™).

His approach is centred on gaining a deeper understanding of how the body functions and looking beyond isolated symptoms to uncover the root causes of imbalance. By combining clinical expertise with advanced diagnostics, he supports individuals in achieving lasting health and longevity. Most recently Dr Mass has further specialised in the field of genetics and implements genetic testing, epigenetics and nutrigenomics to optimise his clients’ health.

Dr Maas is the author of three books on health, longevity, and wellness. He is also a speaker and educator, committed to helping people better understand their bodies and take a more informed approach to their health.
