Immune Resilience, rejuvenation and Recovery

The event “Immune Resilience, Rejuvenation and Recovery: Understanding Modifiable Risk Factors for Viral Illness” bought together world leading scientists, clinicians and thought leaders on immunology, nutrition, lifestyle and environmental medicine.

With over 450 health professionals from 23 countries in attendance, 10 presentations, and 20 sponsors and supporters this was not only one of the largest events of its type, but one of the most important.

The conference explored immune system biology and function, unravelled important modifiable determinants of immunological health, and updated us on the state-of-the-science of clinical research.

Topical themes included: functional immunology, immune rejuvenation, post-viral fatigue, personalized nutrition, microbiota-immune interactions, micronutrients, food supplements, clinical assessment, lifestyle medicine, and environmental medicine.

The result was deeply informative and inspiring. The Nutritional Medicine Institute would like to thank everyone – including attendees, speakers, sponsors, and supporters – for being part of this remarkable event, of which the video recordings and notes can now be accessed here.
