Bursary Programme Broadens Access to High-Quality Education

Aug 12, 2026

The Nutritional Medicine Institute (NMI) has launched the NMI Educational Bursary Programme, offering financial support to qualified healthcare professionals seeking to advance their knowledge and clinical practice through continuing professional development (CPD).

Designed for practitioners working in nutritional medicine, the annual programme aims to reduce the financial barriers associated with professional education. Funding is available towards selected conferences, courses and professional membership, giving eligible clinicians opportunities to deepen their expertise and translate learning into improved patient care.

The initiative reflects NMI’s commitment to championing the future of nutritional medicine by helping practitioners access education that may otherwise be financially out of reach. Bursary opportunities are announced throughout the year in NMI’s monthly newsletter and across its social media channels, and the application form is updated to show current availability.

The range of awards is intended to serve practitioners at different career stages, whether they are seeking a focused course, a major professional event or ongoing membership.

NMI may occasionally work with selected sponsors or benefactors to broaden access to high-quality education.

Healthcare professionals interested in applying are encouraged to consider which opportunity best supports their development goals and prepare their application.
